Dave is a Coach, Coach Developer and Mentor. He has over ten years’ experience in coaching and facilitation, both in New Zealand and Ireland. Dave was introduced to PEP as a participant and instantly saw how the PEP principles could have a positive impact on people’s effectiveness at work. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and helping them find their success.
