Accommodation

  • Please ONLY book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the conference.
  • You will NOT be contacted directly to arrange accommodation bookings and the hotel will not take reservations for the conference directly. 
  • The deadline for booking your accommodation is Monday 11 August 2025. Conference rates for any bookings made after this date cannot be guaranteed. 

You may book your accommodation via the online registration process when you register for the Conference. 
  • You must enter a valid credit card to secure your booking during that process. The credit card will not be charged, it is simply to secure the room. 
  • You will be required to pay the hotel direct when you check out.  
  • Delegates are responsible for covering all costs related to their accommodation. ​

​Cancellation Policy 
  • Bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s accommodation rate for that booking. 
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking. 
  • Any No Shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation charges of that booking. 
Early and Late Arrivals
Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready, before the hotel check in time, please book and pay for the evening prior to your arrival. If you have a late arrival time and fail to advise the hotel, your room may be released. 

To Secure Accommodation
To secure accommodation please book prior to the deadline date. You will be required to provide a credit card to guarantee the booking. Any cancellation charges, and no-show fees, will be charged to your credit card.  Room Rates quoted are per room per night in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.  Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis.

Change of Booking
Alterations to your accommodation booking must be advised in writing to the Conference Managers, [email protected]

Sharing Accommodation
Delegates who intend to share a room should indicate the name of the person with whom they wish to share on the registration form. Only ONE of the sharing delegates should submit the accommodation booking.
