Eldon Paea
​Manager Māori Health, ACC

Eldon joined ACC in 2018, as a Commercial Manager in the procurement team. In 2020, he took on his current role, managing the newly created Māori Health team.  His role is focused on commissioning services that will improve access, experience, and outcomes for whānau Māori, and increase opportunities for Māori health providers. 

Key mahi includes:

• Rongoā Māori service
• Raranga cultural safety uplift – a new standard that will apply to all ACC services and contracts
• Kaupapa Māori health services – new, regional services that will be Māori designed and delivered.

Eldon is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Commercial Law. He has previously worked in management roles at Spark New Zealand and KPMG New Zealand.
