Tiweka has worked with Southern Cross for over 15 years and has worked her way up from EN to RN to Clinical Nurse Coordinator and now Nurse Manager. Tiweka has been instrumental in advancing the nursing services in our hospital including managing the digital documentation migration at a local level and now introducing the collaborative care model which has changed the way our patients receive care.
